RPTKA & IMTA Processing
Overview
Every company in Indonesia employing foreign nationals is required to have a Foreign Worker Utilization Plan (RPTKA) as a basic approval, along with a Notification (IMTA) as a valid official work permit. These documents are absolute requirements from the Ministry of Manpower to guarantee the legality of your expatriates' work status. Our services cover full processing from RPTKA drafting to IMTA issuance. We ensure all documents are processed according to applicable procedures, minimizing the risk of rejection, and providing legal certainty so that your company's operations run smoothly.
